The diamond, called Constellation, is cut from the famous 813-carat original Constellation rough that was previously purchased with De Grisogono. At that time, the purchase price was $63.1 million, and the single-carat price was $77613, the highest-priced rough stone ever made in the world.

 

The evaluation, planning, and cutting process of this “constellation” rough stone lasted for 18 months, and the main operations were completed at Nemes Diamond Services, a sister company of Nemesis. According to current calculations, the “development rate” of this rough stone has reached 57%. Mwenenge stressed that Dubai is the core of the "Constellation" journey, and announced the discovery of this stone two years ago with the Dubai Diamond Conference as the platform. This year also used the platform to release finished diamonds.
